NS Norfolk - FO'C'SLE Deck Bar at Vista Point
FO'C'SLE Deck Bar is located at NAVSTA Norfolk Vista Point Catering and Conference Center which has a beautiful view of the Elizabeth River. We are open year-round so come by to warm yourself up during the winter and enjoy those wonderful summer nights on our deck.
FO'C'SLE Deck Bar is a perfect spot to unwind and socialize at the end of the work day. Come enjoy the view, watch sports and get a bite to eat.
The bar will open Monday to Thursday from 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. (unless wedding or special event). Happy Hour will be Monday to Thursday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. including a special menu from Tuesday to Thursday.
