Naval Station Norfolk MWR Fitness & Sports is hosting a After Burn workout on Friday, January 25 from 7:30 to 10 a.m. at the Q-80 Gym. There will be four 30-minutes workouts by way of Yoga, Piloxing (Cardio Boxing & Core), HIIT Aqua Fitness and Fitness Scavenger Hunt.
The event is open to all eligible patrons. Register online and below as an individual or as a Command. Command entries must be complete by Monday, January 21.
