Horror Reading Contest

NSA HR - Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation is hosting a reading club contest on Tuesday, October 5 to Saturday, October 30. Horror is the genre of the books for the contest. We will provide four novels (Titles to be announced). Each week, patrons will read the assigned book. Questions will be asked about the book on the NSA HR - Portsmouth NSA HR - Portsmouth - Facebook (@NSAMWR) and Instagram (@navymwrnsahamptonroads) pages. Questions will be asked three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9 a.m. Each patron that answers the question correctly will earn a point. At the end of the four weeks, the top three patrons with the most points will win a prize!  

Call to register to participate in this event. Book pick up will be on Monday, September 27 at River's Edge Community Center.
