Join us at Callaghan Fitness Center on Wednesday, February 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. for a Donuts & Deadlift Competition.
You will have three lifts. Donuts will be provided pre - and post - lift. There will be awards given to all male and female 1st place winners in each weight category.
Weight Classes (Male and Female):
135 LBS. & Under
136 - 166 LBS.
167 - 197 LBS.
198 - 230 LBS.
231 LBS. & Over
