The 2019 Naval Station Norfolk MWR Run 4 a Cause Color Run 5K & Summer Kickoff is on Saturday, May 18. The race starts at 9:30 a.m. at building CEP-58 (McCormick Sport Center). The event is open to all ages. Join us for a summer kick off event after the race with live entertainment by The Fuzz Band, summer activities, carnival games, free bowling and more!
Online registration for the 5K run is now open through Sunday, May 12. Be one of the first 500 to preregister online and receive a free t-shirt. Sameday registration and packet pickup begins at 7 a.m.
