This course will assist students with their nutritional goals and will cover many great topics including basic nutrition, weight control, fad diets, meal planning , smart shopping, supplements, sports nutrition and nutrition recovery. Each class will be held from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at McCormick Gym, Bldg. CEP-58, second floor nutrition room. Class space is limited! Call to reserve yours today!
