Bigger, faster, stronger, quicker! An intermediate/advanced strength and conditioning class with cycles broken down into eight-week phases, each with their own training goal. Phase 1 will focus on muscular hypertrophy (gain). Phase 2 will focus on muscular strength. Phase 3 will focus on muscular power.
