Join NSA HR - Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation on Friday, May 28 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at River's Edge Community Center and pick-up your DIY wine glass candle holders. This is open to all eligible patrons. Limited to one kit per adult while supplies last.
