Portsmouth - DIY Easter Egg Decorating & Crafts

Come get creative with NSA HR –Portsmouth MWR with a DIY Rock Painting craft! Stop by River's Edge Community Recreation Center on April 2, 2021 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and pick your DIY rock painting and craft kit (while supplies last). All needed supplies will be provided. This is open to all eligible patrons.
