Join JEB Little Creek MWR Fitness every Monday at 5 p.m. for our Power Conditioning class. This exciting strength training class with great music is designed to focus on total body strength and improving cardio conditioning for all fitness levels. This class incorporates rowing, sprinting, jumping, tire flipping, weightlifting, kettlebells, barbels, dumbbells, pull-up bars, TRX, and medicine balls. Universal scalability makes this class the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience.
