Raise the Bar @ BodyWorks

Raise the Bar fitness class takes place on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. 

This low-impact workout focuses on proper alignment. The classes blend cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms.
