MET CON is on Mondays from 6 to 6:30 a.m. at Morton Hall Gym.

MET CON is a results driven training style, this class will spend 15 mintues on technique, blends 30 minutes of H.I.I.T., agility & circuit training - Which keeps your metabolism working all day!
