Ready to catch some waves? Come join NAS Oceana MWR Liberty for a fun surfing lesson on Saturday, August 15 from 1 to 5 PM. The awesome instructors will walk you through the basics and get you comfortable on the board. Whether you’ve never surfed before or just want to sharpen your skills, this lesson is all about having a great time on the water with new friends. Be sure to bring a bathing suit, sunscreen, and a towel. We’ll be alternating between surf lessons and chill beach time. If it rains, the makeup day will be Saturday, August 22. Registration is required. This trip is open to E-1 to E-6 only.
