Join NAVSTA Norfolk MWR is hosting a memorial day workout at McClure Field on Thursday, May 21 from 10 AM to 12 PM. The workout will consist of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run. Heats will start at 10 AM and 10:15 AM. We will have a limited set of 10 and 20 lb vests available. The TRX straps will be set up for a modified version.
Liberty will be there providing free hamburgers, hot dogs, drinks, and chips.
