Humans Vs. Zombies

Come join Huntington Hall Fitness and Sports for our Humans vs. Zombies fitness challenge on Thursday, October 21 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Huntington Hall Track. This is how the challenge works - if you are a human, you will start the workout with the first group. If you are a zombie, you start the workout exactly three minutes after the humans and try to catch them! If a zombie fails to catch a human, you must do a penalty of 25 burpees after the workout. If you are a human and get caught by a zombie, then you must do the 25 burpee penalty! Best dressed zombie will win a prize! 

The workout: 

  • Run 800 meters 
  • 20 Double Unders 
  • 40 Air Squats 
  • 60 Sit-Ups 
  • 40 Push-Ups 
  • 20 Pull-Ups 
  • Run 400 meters
