Bench & Squat Endurance Competition

Think you’ve got the endurance to outlast the competition? Step up to the bar and prove it. On Tuesday, July 7, JEB Fort Story MWR Fitness is putting strength and stamina to the test with a bench press and squat endurance challenge. The rules are simple: load the bar to 65% of your body weight and rep it out. The competitor who completes the most reps takes the win.  

Drop in to the Fitness Center and compete anytime between 7 AM and 6 PM. Winners will be announced the next day via white board tracking. First and second place awards will be given out to top male and female participants.
