Celebrate National Teddy Dear Day! Join NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation for Adopt a Bear, on Wednesday, September 9 from 5 to 7 PM at River’s Edge Community Center. Bring home your own bear, complete with birth certificate. Registration required, one per person.
