Come thrift, find, and DIY with Dam Neck MWR Liberty on Sunday, October 4 from 1 to 5 PM. Operation Costume gives you the chance to hit the thrift store and the raid the craft store for everything you need for the costume party on Tuesday, October 27. This event is for active duty E-1 to E-6 only.
