Mobility Mash

NAVSTA Norfolk MWR Fitness is hosting a mobility mash group exercise class at the Q-80 gym on Mondays from 10:30 to 11 AM. This clas uses body weight movements through stretching and rolling to activate major muscle groups while increasing range of motion.
