Deckplate Resource Awareness Training

This two-day training is specifically for Second Class Petty Officers.  This training is designed to provide valuable insights into military and civilian support resources.  Through this workshop, participants will gain knowledge of available support services, enhance problem-solving and critical thinking skills, learn to make appropriate referrals when necessary, and understand when to alert the chain of command.  This training will equip Second-Class Petty Officers with the tools to support their peers and effectively navigate complex situations in their leadership roles.
