Join NAVSTA Norfolk MWR Fitness every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 AM for our HIIT group exercise class at the Q-80 Gym.  This is high intensity interval training that includes quick bursts of strength and cardio with brief rest periods.
