Join WPNSTA Earle MWR Fitness for a yoga 101 class on Monday, April 14 at the C-29 Racquetball Court at 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM. MWR Trainer Hannah, will be guiding you in foundational poses and relaxation methods. This is the perfect class for beginners looking to improve strength and mindfulness. The class size is limited to 10 people per session. Registration is encouraged but no required.
