Paint Your Own Halloween Bag

Create your own Halloween bag with NSA HR – Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation on Tuesday, October 6 from 5 to 7 PM at River’s Edge Recreation Center. Come decorate a blank canvas bag just in time for trick or treating. Get creative and design a one-of-a-kind bag using provided craft supplies. Registration is required.
