NOFFS: Pillar and Movement Prep

Improve your workout with a NOFFS class hosted by NSA HR - Headquarters MWR Fitness on Monday, August 3 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at all fitness centers. This class will be focusing on the plyometrics and SAQ (speed/agility/quickness) components of a NOFFS workout.
