JEB Little Creek MWR Fitness presents a free TRX Total Body Resistance Exercise Team Challenge. Teams of four to six members will be required to complete a total of 500 repetitions, properly executing five different TRX moves. Prizes will be awarded to the team that finishes first! TRX repetitions include the completion of 100 crunches, 100 hamstring curls, 100 lunges (right), 100 lunges (left) and 100 inverted rows.
