One-Rep Max Bench Press Contest

NSA Portsmouth, VA MWR Fitness is hosting its one-rep max bench press fitness contest at Callaghan Fitness Center on Wednesday, August 132. Complete your bench press anytime between 8 AM and 7 PM. This event is open to all military and DoW civilians. A pound-for-pound formula will be used. Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each division.  

Divisions:   

WOMEN    

  • 135 lbs. and less    
  • 135 lbs. to 156 lbs.    
  • 157 lbs. and more    

MEN    

  • 135 lbs. and less    
  • 136 lbs. to 156 lbs.    
  • 157 lbs. to 177 lbs.   
  • 178 lbs. to 198 lbs.    
  • 199 lbs. to 220 lbs.     
  • 221 lbs. to 240 lbs.    
  • 241 lbs. and more    

MEN'S MASTERS    

  • Ages 50 to 60    
  • Ages 61 and older
