November 17 - January 11
- Set up a time to meet with a trainer to get started with an assessment for a baseline
- Receive a weekly log to keep up with points for the week
- Turn in the log to a trainer each week for the points to be logged. Points are awarded for food logs, daily workouts, group exercise classes, participation in other incentive programs, daily water intake and for keeping your own self improvement journal.
- Team will earn the points as a whole
- Check in with a trainer every two weeks to trach your progress
