"Friends Giving Back" Series

Giving thanks and giving back! Join Dam Neck Annex MWR Liberty every Wednesday throughout the month of November from 5 to 7:30 PM for our Friends Giving Back series. Gift your time to the Virginia Beach SPCA by making donation boxes, rally the community, and fill them with treats, toys, towels, and blankets for our four-legged friends. We will meet at Oasis Liberty Center before departing. This event is for active duty E-1 to E-6 only.
