Cozy up with a good book and hot cocoa. Join JEB Little Creek MWR Library and Community Recreation on Saturday, December 12 from 2 to 4 PM at the Library for Chapters & Cocoa. Bring your favorite sweater and unwind with soothing music, a warm gourmet beverage, and a stress-free atmosphere. Recommended for people age 18 and older.
