This class is based on the principles of strength, power and conditioning. Tested through a range of self-paced workouts or variation styled circuits. Prepare to challenge your limit as you push yourself through a series of functional-based movements to aid in improving or optimizing your own individual fitness levels. Come be a Warrior!
