PULL UP A CHAIR - Pull up a chair and join LaLa for a strength based workout using a chair. We will be utilizing a chair in this 30 minute workout, to enhance or shake up our workout. Don’t worry! We’ll have a chance to take a seat and relax after the workout is done.
