Trunk or Treat

Join NSA HR - Portsmouth MWR Community Recreation on Saturday, October 17 from 5 to 7 PM for Trunk or Treat. This event will be held in the River’s Edge Community Center parking lot. There will be a competition for the best decorated vehicle, and an award will be presented to the winner.   
 
Registration is required for those who would like to decorate their vehicle.
