NAVSTA Norfolk MWR Fitness is hosting an injury prevention group exercise class every Monday and Wednesday from 4 to 4:45 pm at Q-80 Gym. This class involves 45-minutes of full body stretching, foam rolling, core activation and low impact strength exercises.
