Naval Station Norfolk MWR FRP pool is open for lap swim and water fitness. Please call 757-444-2134 for more information.

  • Fitness Centers, Swimming Pools and Recreation Centers are open to eligible patrons.
  • FRP-12 is for lap swimming and water fitness only. 
  • Lanes are first come, first serve
  • Free adult swim lessons are offered on Tuesdays from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. 

PFA/PRT Usage: 1 to 2 lanes may be used for PFA testing if available. Speak with lifeguards upon arrival or for large groups of more than 12.
