NS Norfolk - Resale & Impound Lot

Need to sell your car? Use our designated vehicle sales lot which is open to all authorized patrons. All cars will be featured on the Naval Station Norfolk MWR social media pages.  

Cost - $25 for two weeks 

Rules: 

  1. Must be the owner of the vehicle. 
  2. Must be currently registered and insured. 
  3. The car must be drivable. 
  4. You must be available to move the vehicle on a 24 hour notice (space cannot be used as storage). 
  5. No trailered or recreational items allowed (boats, jet ski, car hauler, RV's, campers/utility trailers). 
  6. All autorama business must be conducted in person between the hours of 9 AM to 4 PM. 
  7. Must register car in person at the MWR Resale & Impound Lot (314 10th Ave., Norfolk, VA 23503).

*Abandoned vehicle auctions are held quarterly at the Norfolk Impound Lot. Active Duty, retirees and eligible DoW personnel may bid on auction items “as-is”.  A vehicle list and a viewing of vehicles is generally announced in advance of the auction.
